Wallets linked to Bitcoin miner Hut 8 transferred approximately 1,966 Bitcoin valued at around $161 million to exchanges, over-the-counter desks, and intermediary addresses over seven days. The transfers accounted for about 15% of Hut 8's 10,278 BTC treasury, previously worth $845.6 million. Lookonchain tracked 1,589 BTC worth about $130 million sent directly to trading platforms across 48 hours. The mobilization follows a reported quarterly net loss of $177.1 million and a recent $9.8 billion lease agreement for an artificial intelligence data center campus in Texas.
