Hitting the ‘GenAI wall’: Where generative AI stops working, and what it means for your talent strategy

At IG, GenAI eliminated performance differences across three groups (insiders, adjacent outsiders, distant outsiders) on conceptualization tasks, and allowed marketing-adjacent staff to produce execution-quality content on par with web analysts.
