Gulf Oil Exports Rebounded to 81% of Pre-War Levels in September

Gulf oil flows excluding Iran rebounded to over 81% of pre-war volumes in September, analytics tracking data shows. Vortexa recorded combined exports at 19.2 million barrels per day, down from a 23.6 million bpd pre-war baseline, while Kpler estimated exports at 18.6 million bpd. The recovery was driven by Saudi Arabia, which boosted shipments to approximately 6.6 million bpd, up from August and offsetting declines from other producers. Meanwhile, Iranian exports remained halted under a US blockade, and regional refined fuel shipments lagged significantly at 60% of pre-war baselines.
