Granada Gold Mine Demonstrates 2.7x Grade Uplift on Open-Pit Mineralization through Ore Sorting at Saskatchewan Research Council

Granada Gold Mine reported independent Saskatchewan Research Council ore-sorting tests showing a 2.7x gold-grade uplift on open-pit material using XRT sorting (head 2.93 g/t → 7.87 g/t) with 88% gold recovery and 67.8% waste rejection. Laser sorting also upgraded lower-grade material though with lower recovery. Management says ore sorting could materially lower mill throughput, capex, operating costs, tailings and surface disturbance, and expand economic resources—potentially improving project economics for a phased 550 tpd “Rolling Start” bulk-sample program already authorized. The results will be incorporated into an updated NI 43‑101 technical report and are presented as a defensible technical basis to advance resource updates and project financing in parallel, which may enhance the project’s valuation and de-risk development for investors and stakeholders in the gold sector.
