Google has announced a major upgrade to its CC artificial intelligence agent, introducing family sharing and multi-user task automation features. The expanded capabilities allow up to six members of a household to coordinate schedules, manage joint tasks, and share information through a single verified Google account. Each family member retains granular control over what specific information, such as emails from schools or service providers, is shared with the agent while keeping private data secure. Powered by Google's Antigravity agentic harness and the latest Gemini models, CC operates on isolated cloud computers to deliver automated daily briefings and complete household logistics. The agent integrates directly across Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Docs, Sheets, and Google Maps API to pre-fill forms and plan routines. Currently available on web and mobile for US users aged 18 and older, the launch reflects Alphabet's aggressive push to integrate practical, autonomous AI agents into core consumer ecosystems.
