Google is making it easier to switch from iPhone to Android

Google announced a new Android 17 migration experience designed to make switching from iPhone to Android easier. The upgrade is built directly into Android, removing the need for a separate transfer app and expanding wireless data migration to include photos, videos, contacts, messages, calendars, Google Account details, passwords, Wi‑Fi credentials, and even eSIMs. The rollout has already begun on select Pixel devices and is available on the newly unveiled Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 and Z Fold8, with support coming to more Android devices soon.
