Forum Markets (FRMM) Is Lending to AI Chip Buyers While Tokenizing Real Assets on Ethereum

Forum Markets (FRMM) is expanding into short-term financing for AI chip buyers and tokenizing real-world assets on Ethereum. On April 8 the company agreed to provide 60–120 day bridge loans to finance purchases and deployment of NVIDIA AI chips, targeting annualized returns in the mid-teens and committing $25M–$50M for its first deal. Separately, on Feb. 5 (as ETHZilla) it bought 95 manufactured/modular home loans for about $4.7M and plans to tokenize them on an Ethereum Layer-2 to enable on-chain tracking and automated cash-flow distribution. Market impact: these moves could modestly increase demand for Ethereum infrastructure and showcase tokenization use cases, while providing a new revenue stream tied to AI hardware financing.
