Fhenix Launches CoFHE Coprocessor on Ethereum and Arbitrum for Encrypted Smart Contract Computation

Privacy-focused startup Fhenix has launched its Fully Homomorphic Encryption (CoFHE) coprocessor on Ethereum and Arbitrum mainnets, allowing smart contracts to process encrypted balances and confidential positions. The rollout introduces a Dual-Mode Token Standard, enabling direct switching between public and private states in a single transaction without bridging or wrapping. Audited by Consensys Diligence, the permissioned launch includes five selected dApps, with Fluton and AlphaEngine going live immediately and three more due in Q4. Fhenix is also developing a confidential stablecoin with Offchain Labs' venture arm, Tandem.
