On September 21, an early 2015 ICO participant spent roughly $23.72 million to $23.73 million in stablecoins across four orders on Cow Swap to purchase 8,492.8 ETH at an average price near $2,794. The transaction represented a repurchase at an approximate 39% premium over its March sale price of $2,010.68. The buyback accompanied broader whale purchases totaling 21,520 ETH and $270 million in single-day spot ETF inflows.
