ETFs weekly recap – How did Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and XRP do this week?
Spot cryptocurrency ETFs registered net inflows across the week of April 20–24, supporting demand for underlying tokens and potentially positive price pressure. Bitcoin-focused ETFs led the move, with $238.4M of inflows on April 20 (BlackRock’s IBIT $256M) and a peak cumulative inflow of $335.8M on April 22 (IBIT $246.9M). Ethereum ETFs also saw meaningful flows, peaking at $96.4M on April 22 but recording $75.9M of outflows on April 23. Solana and XRP ETFs had much smaller, intermittent flows. The launch of GSR’s Crypto Core3 ETF (BESO) generated ~ $5M in day-one trading volume. Overall, the ETF inflows—particularly into Bitcoin products—signal institutional appetite that may support crypto market liquidity and upward price bias in the near term.
