EMCD and Vnish Launch Integrated Mining Optimization Solution
EMCD and Vnish have launched an integrated Bitcoin mining solution that combines pool services with ASIC firmware optimization to boost uptime, effective hashrate and profitability. The May 19 rollout follows the May 14 partnership announcement in which EMCD's CEO said miners could return to profit by cutting hardware inefficiency, pool fees and rejected-share losses. At current post-halving levels—difficulty above 135T and electricity costs exceeding $74,000 per BTC—the joint product claims up to 24% higher hashrate, 25% lower energy use, 8–20% efficiency gains versus stock firmware and 99.9% pool uptime, targeting the 2–5% monthly revenue drag from rejects and the ~25% performance loss typical of untuned rigs.
