DENARIUS METALS ANNOUNCES DETAILS FOR THE APRIL 30, 2026 INTEREST PAYMENTS ON ITS CONVERTIBLE UNSECURED DEBENTURES AND THE GOLD PREMIUM PAYMENTS DUE ON ITS 2023 DEBENTURES
Denarius Metals will issue common shares on April 30, 2026 to settle monthly interest on its 2023 and 2024 convertible debentures and a quarterly gold premium tied to the London P.M. Fix. Because the Fix exceeded the maximum (US$4,000) on the Quarterly Measurement Date, the gold premium rate is 30.556%, generating a gross CA$6.08M gold-premium obligation, to be settled by issuing 6,651,313 shares (based on CA$0.91/share). Monthly interest will be settled by issuing 375,373 shares. Issuance is subject to Cboe Canada acceptance and non-resident withholding taxes apply. Market impact: a material equity issuance (notably the 6.65M-share premium payment) will dilute existing shareholders and could weigh on the stock in the short term; insiders will receive portions of the issued shares. The company continues to progress its Zancudo production and expects plant ramp-up by Q3 2026.
