Decade-Old Bitcoin Transfers Reach $161 Million as 2012 Wallet Moves 600 BTC

Four long-dormant Bitcoin wallets transferred a combined 1,971.03 BTC worth about $161 million between September 6 and September 22, representing roughly 0.01% of the 19.8 million circulating supply. The latest movement involved a wallet inactive since July 14, 2012, which transferred 600 BTC valued at up to $51.9 million across newer SegWit addresses, generating an estimated gain exceeding 1,000,000%. Three of the four reactivated wallets carry 'Noah Doe' tags tied to a New York Supreme Court abandoned-property lawsuit involving 39,069 dormant addresses. Analysts confirmed no immediate exchange deposits occurred.
