Crypto Whales Transfer Hundreds of Millions in Bitcoin to Binance and Deribit

Large Bitcoin holders are shifting substantial volumes of cryptocurrency to centralized exchanges, raising concerns over potential sell-side pressure. A crypto whale deposited 4,000 BTC, valued at roughly $327 million, into Binance and Deribit across a five-hour span. This followed an earlier deposit by a major holder of 949.7 BTC, worth approximately $77.55 million, to the same exchanges, alongside an additional transfer of 4,150 BTC worth about $337.7 million into a self-custodied wallet. Neither transfer has confirmed market sales, but market participants are monitoring order books for incoming volatility and supply dumps.
