Crypto ETF Issuer Bitwise Unveils Tokenized Crypto Carry Fund Targeting BTC, ETH, XRP Yield

Bitwise has unveiled the Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund (taking over Superstate’s USCC tokenized fund effective June 1), its first tokenized fund aimed at generating yield from the cash-and-carry spread between spot and futures for Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and Solana. The fund already has $267 million AUM, over 100 institutional investors, and has deployed about $100 million as DeFi collateral. By becoming the investment manager while leaving the USCC ticker and smart contracts intact, Bitwise signals increased institutional on‑chain productization and could boost demand for the underlying crypto assets and related derivatives markets as more funds and flows move into tokenized yield strategies.
