Cramer's Trust Starts Intel Stake at $114 With $140 Target

On June 3, Jim Cramer's Charitable Trust initiated a new Intel position, buying 400 shares at roughly $114 for a 1.1% weighting and setting a $140 price target. The purchase was funded by prior sales of Broadcom, Corning, and Wells Fargo holdings. On June 2 the trust trimmed Broadcom by 40 shares at $486, then sold 50 Corning shares at $200.76 and 275 Wells Fargo shares at $78.82. The moves realize large gains while rotating exposure toward CPU and foundry beneficiaries of agentic AI demand.
