Corvex Signs Multi-Year Agreement to Provide NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs

Corvex announced a multi-year agreement to provide NVIDIA Blackwell GPU clusters to a leading AI company, highlighting continued demand for high-performance AI infrastructure. The deployment is notable because Corvex installed and commissioned liquid-cooled NVIDIA HGX B200 capacity inside an existing air-cooled facility in about two weeks, far faster than typical multi-quarter retrofits. The expansion was funded without issuing additional equity, using debt financing, customer pre-payment, and cash on hand. Corvex said revenue from the transaction has already been recognized as capacity was delivered through 2026, with full run-rate revenue beginning midway through the current quarter.
