CoreWeave Expands AI Cloud With NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 Systems

CoreWeave is expanding its high-performance compute portfolio by integrating NVIDIA's Vera CPU and Vera Rubin NVL72 systems for artificial intelligence workloads. AI startup Cognition was named the first global customer running live production workloads on the architecture, where benchmark testing showed up to 4.8 times higher total token throughput for SWE-2 inference compared to a GB200 baseline. A CoreWeave Vera rack features 128 CPUs and 11,264 cores, delivering over three times faster sandbox startup times than standard x86 processors.
