Capital B Buys 192 BTC for $15M, Holdings Reach 3,135

Capital B has completed its bitcoin treasury expansion, purchasing 192 BTC for approximately $15.1 million on May 18 and lifting total holdings to 3,135 BTC valued near $330 million. The acquisition follows a May 5 €1.1 million warrant investment by Adam Back and a May 11 private placement that raised €15.2 million ($17.8 million) from Back, TOBAM and other investors. Net proceeds of roughly €14.4 million enabled the company to grow its reserves from 2,943 BTC, with attached warrants potentially unlocking an additional €99.1 million toward its 15,000 BTC target by end-2027.
