Capital B Buys 13 Bitcoin for €0.97M via TOBAM Share Issuance

Capital B expanded its strategic Bitcoin treasury to 3,538 BTC after purchasing an additional 13 BTC for approximately €0.97 million ($1.1 million). The Paris-listed firm bought the tranche at an average price of €74,364 per coin, funding the transaction by issuing 172,978 new ordinary shares to TOBAM funds. Despite the accretive acquisition, Capital B's total treasury sits on an unrealized loss of roughly €50.8 million ($57.7 million), having accumulated the reserve for €310.6 million at an average cost of €87,805 per coin.
