Brookfield-backed Csquare prices IPO at $21/share to raise $1.05B
Brookfield-backed Csquare priced its U.S. IPO at $21 per share, raising about $1.05 billion from the sale of 50 million shares. The data center platform also granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy an additional 7.5 million shares, which would lift gross proceeds to about $1.2075 billion if fully exercised. Shares are set to begin trading on the NYSE under ticker CSQR on July 16, with the offering expected to close on July 17. Csquare plans to use net proceeds to repay part of its debt and cover offering-related fees. The IPO highlights continued investor appetite for data-center and digital infrastructure assets, with Brookfield’s backing and the large raise underscoring scale and growth expectations in the sector.
