Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) Announces ETH Holdings Reach 5.98 Million Tokens, and Total Crypto and Total Cash Holdings of $17.1 Billion

Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced that its corporate cryptocurrency, cash, and marketable securities holdings reached $17.1 billion, underpinned by 5,983,940 Ethereum (ETH) tokens valued at $2,688 per token. This represents 4.9% of the global circulating ETH supply of 122.1 million coins, bringing the company 98% toward its 'Alchemy of 5%' accumulation goal within 15 months. The firm acquired 27,562 ETH over the past week as part of its continuous weekly acquisition strategy initiated in mid-2025. In addition to holding spot tokens, Bitmine has staked 5,067,309 ETH (valued at $13.6 billion), which constitutes approximately 85% of its total ETH treasury. These staking operations currently deliver an annualized 7-day yield of 2.62%, generating projected annualized staking revenue of $357 million, with potential run-rate rewards reaching $421 million at full scale through its MAVAN validator network. Bitmine also holds 212 BTC, $714 million in cash and marketable securities, and strategic minority equity positions. Chairman Tom Lee emphasized that ETH has significantly outperformed macro assets in Q3 2026, beating the S&P 500 by 6,519 basis points.
