Bitcoin Transfers Lead $327.4 Million in Crypto Moves Between Private Wallets

Large cryptocurrency transfers totaled $327.4 million over a three-hour period on October 8, led by a 2,099 BTC move valued at $171.5 million between unknown wallets with no centralized exchange inflows recorded. This followed heavy earlier on-chain activity throughout the day. Earlier, eight transactions moved $2.52 billion, led by a 12,267 BTC transfer worth $1.01 billion, with $598.1 million entering Coinbase. Subsequent periods recorded $512.6 million across six transactions and $652 million across seven transfers, which included $401 million flowing into exchanges, predominantly Coinbase Institutional.
