Bitcoin traded around $84,071 after briefly falling below $84,000 to reach lows near $83,800, having previously touched a local low of $83,551 on Coinbase. The pullback from around $85,500 triggered widespread liquidations across crypto derivative markets, wiping out $487.2 million in leveraged longs over a 24-hour period out of $555.6 million in total liquidations.
