Bitcoin ETFs Extend Record 10-Day Outflow Streak to $2.97B
Spot Bitcoin ETFs have now posted a record 10 consecutive days of outflows totaling nearly $2.97 billion since May 15, pushing total ETF assets down to $94.17 billion. The streak, led by BlackRock’s IBIT with daily redemptions as high as $733 million, follows earlier weekly outflows of $1.26 billion and marks the longest negative run since December 2025. Ethereum ETFs extended their own 14-day outflow streak to roughly $2.6 billion. In contrast, newer altcoin vehicles have drawn capital, with HYPE ETFs surpassing $100 million in cumulative inflows and XRP and Solana products also posting gains. Analysts view the extreme BTC ETF selling as a potential contrarian indicator near local bottoms.
