Bitbank Enters the Credit Card Market With 0.5% Crypto Cashback on BTC, ETH, and ASTR Rewards

Bitbank and Epos Card launched Japan’s first crypto-linked credit card (EPOS CRYPTO Card for bitbank) on April 27, 2026, offering 0.5% monthly crypto cashback payable in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Astar. The product gives users monthly flexibility to choose reward asset and allows monthly card fees to be paid from a bitbank exchange account using Bitcoin (BTC only). Visa Japan publicly backed the launch, lending institutional credibility and potentially accelerating consumer crypto payment adoption in Japan.
