Bit Digital, Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Bit Digital reported Q2 2026 results showing stronger infrastructure revenue and continued strategic repositioning toward Ethereum and AI/HPC. Total revenue rose 15% sequentially to $32.1 million, while cloud services revenue jumped 42% to $23.8 million and colocation revenue was $4.7 million. The company also highlighted $46.8 million in operating cash flow for the first half, $83.6 million in cash, and about $1.0 billion in remaining performance obligations. However, the quarter included a $107.2 million net loss, driven largely by non-cash digital asset and non-operating items. Bit Digital ended the quarter holding about 164,310.5 ETH and said it did not sell any ETH, instead using part of its treasury to support WhiteFiber financing and data-center expansion. Management emphasized that WhiteFiber is growing through new cloud contracts and NC-1 campus development, but the market still values Bit Digital mainly as a digital asset treasury, creating a valuation disconnect.
