Awalé Defines New 4-Kilometre Gold Target at 100%-Owned Seydou Permit; Drilling Underway at the Fremen Discovery

Awalé Resources announced a new 4-kilometre gold anomaly on its 100%-owned Seydou permit in Côte d'Ivoire, supported by termite and soil geochemistry, with peak readings of 514 ppb Au in termite samples and 214 ppb Au in soil. The company has already started a 1,500-metre aircore drill program to test about 2 km of the trend before the wet season. At the same time, diamond drilling has begun at the Fremen discovery, where prior results included 1.9 g/t gold over 17 m from 6 m and 1.1 g/t gold over 17 m from 113 m. The release reinforces the company’s broader exploration pipeline across the Odienné Project and highlights a $36.5 million treasury, which should support continued drilling and target generation. Market impact is mainly on junior gold exploration sentiment, potentially positive for Awalé as the news strengthens discovery potential and resource-growth prospects.
