Aspida Life and Market Synergy Group Launch Bitcoin-Linked Index Across Synergy Choice™ Fixed Index Annuity Suite

Aspida Life, with Market Synergy Group, added the BlackRock U.S. Equity Bitcoin Balanced Risk 10% Index to its Synergy Choice fixed index annuity (FIA) suite, giving retirement investors indirect bitcoin exposure via iShares ETFs. The rules‑based, volatility‑managed index combines iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV), iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT) and cash, automatically cutting bitcoin exposure as volatility rises and rotating into IVV or cash (EFFR). The index is available in the FIA as both a 1‑Year Cap and a 2‑Year Participation Rate strategy. This product launch broadens structured, principal‑protected access to bitcoin for retirement portfolios and may increase demand for bitcoin‑linked ETF exposure while offering risk controls tailored to annuity outcomes.
