Apple Opens Claims Portal for $250 Million Siri AI False Advertising Settlement

Apple has opened the claims portal for a $250 million class-action settlement resolving allegations of misleading marketing regarding its Apple Intelligence and Siri AI capabilities. Eligible U.S. consumers and businesses who purchased select iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 models between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, can receive between $25 and $95 per device. The nationwide lawsuit alleged Apple promoted advanced AI features that were delayed or failed to deliver as advertised. Apple denied all liability and wrongdoing. Claimants must submit forms by December 21, 2026, ahead of a final approval hearing set for February 24, 2027.
