Apple Adds Anterix 900 MHz Network Support to iPhone 18 Pro and Duo

Apple's new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo models are the first Apple devices to support dedicated private LTE networks operating on Anterix's 900 MHz spectrum. Operating specifically on licensed band 106 900 MHz spectrum, the integration enables critical infrastructure and utility operators to deploy consumer smartphones for field communications, operational applications, and video streaming without requiring separate specialized handhelds. Following the announcement, shares of private network provider Anterix rose 3.4% in premarket trading to $79.60 as the development broadens hardware support for its private wireless infrastructure.
