AMD and Chip Stocks Slide as Sector Extends Six-Day Losing Streak

Advanced Micro Devices fell 4.64% on Wednesday as an intensifying semiconductor sell-off dragged the iShares Semiconductor ETF into its sixth consecutive daily decline, its longest losing streak since May 2025. Intel dropped about 3.3% and Marvell Technology slid over 6.2%. The rout deepened despite ASML raising guidance and projecting demand through 2030.
