Amazon Prime Big Deal Days To Run October 6-7; Early Deals Start Today

Amazon.com Inc. has officially announced that its annual Prime Big Deal Days shopping event will take place on October 6-7, 2026. The 48-hour event is designed exclusively for Prime members and will offer major discounts across categories including technology, fashion, toys, home, and beauty. The e-commerce titan stated that more than one million items will be marked down to their lowest prices of the year so far, supported by fresh product drops three times daily. Ahead of the main October event, Amazon launched early deal access on September 15. The early promotions include discounts of up to 40% on Amazon Basics and Essentials, up to 45% on select Amazon devices, and up to 70% off Blink bundles. Additional promotional initiatives span Amazon Music Unlimited, Audible, and Amazon Autos, featuring a $1,500 Amazon Gift Card incentive on eligible vehicle transactions. The retail push is positioned to capture early holiday spending and boost Prime subscription engagement.
