ADL and JLens Urge Shareholders of Alphabet Inc. to Vote AGAINST Proposal 11

ADL and JLens have urged Alphabet shareholders to vote AGAINST Proposal 11 at the company’s annual meeting on June 5, 2026, arguing the proposal selectively targets Alphabet’s cloud contract with Israel (Project Nimbus) and mirrors BDS-style singling out. Alphabet’s board and proxy advisors ISS and Glass Lewis also recommend voting against the measure. JLens and ADL warn the proposal could undermine customer trust for Google Cloud, potentially risking delayed awards, weaker renewals and lost revenue, but note a substantially similar proposal received only ~4.5% support in 2025. JLens filed a Notice of Exempt Solicitation with the SEC to outline its opposition.
