3 E Network Technology Group Limited has unveiled the engineering blueprint for its AI data center located in Mikkeli, Finland, purpose-built to accommodate NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin architecture standards. The design incorporates full-stack liquid cooling, structural floor reinforcement for liquid-cooled computing racks weighing nearly two tons, and high-density 1.6T non-blocking network topologies compatible with ConnectX-9 and Spectrum-X Ethernet. To manage high power density and transient spikes, the facility includes 48V centralized DC power shelves, rack-level battery backup units, and direct-to-chip liquid cooling leveraging Finland's natural cooling and green energy resources. To enable dual-track commercialization, the facility plans an initial phased deployment of mixed HGX clusters for large trillion-parameter model pre-training and MGX modular clusters for enterprise inference and fine-tuning.
